結論
上顎 第一大臼齒의 萌出過程을 觀察하기 爲하여 3歲부터 7歲까지의 兒室을 對象으로 266
例의 側貌頭部X線規格寫眞을 擺影하고 上顎 第 一大臼齒의 齒冠軸의 傾斜角度와 垂直方向
의 位置的 距離變化를 調査하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1. 上顎 第一太臼齒의 眼耳平面(F.H.Plane)에 對한 齒冠軸의 傾斜角度는 男女 共히 3歲에
서부터 5歲까지는 增加하다가 6歲에서 若于減少했으나 7歲에서 다시 增加하였다.
2. 上顎 第一大臼齒의 垂直方向의 位置的變化는 男女 共히 3歲에서부터 5歲까지는 咬合平
面을 向하여 徐徐히 萌出하다가 5歲에서부터 急激한 速度로 萌出이 進行되었다.
3. 上顎 第一大臼齒의 近遠心頰側咬頭尖端의 咬合平面에 對한 垂直的變化는 男女 共히 遠
心 咬頭尖端의 移動距離가 近心咬頭尖端의 移動距離보다 컸다.
4. 上顎 第一大臼齒의 垂直方向의 位置的 變化에서 大體的으로 男兒에서보다 女兒에서 萌
出速度가 빨랐다.

To Study the eruption pattern of the maxillary first permanent molar, the author took
266 cases of true lateral cephalogram (Male; 137 cases, Female; 129 cases) from 3 to 7
years old children and observed the vertical change and axial change.
The following results were obtained:
1. The angle of axial inclination of the maxillary first permanent molar to the F-H
plane increased gradually from age 3 to 7, except for age 6 in both sexes.
There was a slight reversal of this motion at age 6.
2. The distance from the cusp of the maxillary first permanent molar to the occlusal
plane slightly decreased from age 3 to 5, and rapidly decreased from age 5 in both
sexes.
3. The change of angle of the axial inclination resulted in the distance from the
distobuccal cusp of the maxillary first permanent molar to the occlusal plane decreasing
more than that from the mesiobuccal cusp of the maxillary first permanent molar to the
occlusal plane in both sexes.
4. The eruption of the maxillary first permanent molar generally was found to be
earlier in girls than boys.
